why weekends only?

chasen's inception was based upon the idea of a weekend pop-up!
additionally, with full-time corporate jobs we are currently unable to expand our hours :-)

is your matcha ceremonial grade?

big yes! every drink is made with unsweet, ceremonial grade matcha

what type of matcha do you use?

we can't disclose this, but ask us for some of our favorite recs at the shop!

do you sell matcha?

we currently sell retail tins from kettl! check

is your matcha sweet?

not by default, but you can add flavor :)
